# Phase 0 + primary validation: budget envelope

Решение: **согласовать состав и cap бюджета после получения named quotes; не подменять их выдуманным total**

## 1. Что этот документ позволяет решить

Исследовательский пакет задаёт объём работ, но не содержит ставок команды, legal/privacy quote, стоимости набора intact parties, incentive policy, support ceiling или cash/refund capacity. Поэтому сейчас нельзя защищаемо назвать одну сумму.

Можно защищаемо:

1. зафиксировать, какие результаты покупает Phase 0 + primary validation;
2. отделить обязательные cash lines от внутренних часов;
3. посчитать механический внешний benchmark только для известного participant-time;
4. запросить недостающие quotes и установить общий cap до первого расхода;
5. выдавать деньги траншами по readiness gates.

Это budget envelope, не бюджетный forecast и не разрешение на full build.

## 2. За какой объём предлагается платить

Канонический protocol задаёт:

- до `30` host interviews по `45–60` минут;
- независимый formation smoke с новым cohort и 12 реальными staffed slots;
- `12` transparent Wizard-of-Oz sessions:
  - 3 × `60 min × 3 players`;
  - 3 × `60 min × 4–5 players`;
  - 3 × `90 min × 3 players`;
  - 3 × `90 min × 4–5 players`;
- два QA-equivalent original-IP one-shots;
- operator, observer, backup и support buffer на каждый обещанный slot;
- отдельные minimum text-research и full voice/payment/provider clearances.

Powered price, activation-offer и channel tests **не входят** в текущий cash authorization. Они открываются только после formation, completion, integrity, repeat и fulfillable-inventory gates.

## 3. Механический compensation benchmark

### Проверяемая арифметика

Из protocol следует:

Это включает только host interviews и время игроков в 12 concierge sessions. Не включены guest follow-ups, 14-day diary effort, formation-smoke tasks, screen-outs, no-shows, reschedules, bonuses и повторные контакты.

### Публичный benchmark, не quote

Prolific на дату проверки:

- рекомендует минимум `$12/hour`;
- добавляет corporate platform fee `42.8%` к participant rewards;
- custom sourcing и managed services требуют отдельного quote.

При механическом применении `$12/hour`:

**Ограничение:** это не исполнимый recruitment budget. Публичная страница не доказывает, что Prolific может набрать existing intact friend groups по protocol. Сумма не покрывает неизвестный размер smoke cohort и перечисленные выше дополнительные participant tasks.

User Interviews публикует PAYG B2C recruiting fee `$49` за completed participant session, incentives отдельно. Для 30 индивидуальных host interviews механическая recruiting-fee reference равна `$1,470` до incentives.

Рабочий sheet должен для каждой строки хранить `owner`, `source/quote`, `quantity`, `unit rate`, `subtotal`, `cap`, `expiry`, `refundable?` и `approval status`.

## 6. Транши и stop rules

### Release 0 — clearance

Разрешить только:

- minimum text-research clearance;
- full geography × provider × voice/STT × payment × age/content matrix;
- recruitment feasibility quotes;
- staff/content/tooling plan.

До minimum clearance нет participant contact. До full clearance нет voice session или payment.

### Release 1 — Phase A

Открыть cap на:

- до 30 host interviews;
- разрешённые guest follow-ups и diary;
- dual coding и concept comparison.

Не открывать Phase S/B, если problem/concept gates не прошли или evidence остаётся inconclusive.

### Release 2 — formation + concierge

Открыть только после:

- frozen recruitment/messages;
- 12 реально staffed slots;
- QA двух original-IP one-shots;
- consent test и staff dry-run;
- подписанного support ceiling.

Расход ограничен 12 обещанными sessions и make-good obligations. Waitlist не является demand.

### Не входит в authorization

- native apps, full production platform, marketplace или long campaigns;
- large paid acquisition;
- powered price/offer/channel tests;
- partner licence, minimum guarantee или exclusivity;
- scale marketing и revenue forecast.

## 7. CEO decision

Текущий защищаемый запрос:

> Одобрить scope Phase 0 + primary validation и поручить owner собрать named quotes по всем blank lines. Утвердить cash cap только после закрытия approval sheet; выпускать деньги траншами Release 0–2. Не утверждать full build или scale.

Если recruitment feasibility, clearance, staffing или cash/refund capacity не закрываются, результат — `INCONCLUSIVE / DO NOT LAUNCH`, а не сокращённый post-hoc дизайн.
